When you use face search, NexID processes uploaded images to extract facial geometry vectors (embeddings) for matching purposes. Uploaded images are deleted after processing.
Facial embeddings are used to find visually similar faces in publicly available images. We do not sell biometric data.
Facial embeddings from search queries are temporary and purged within 24 hours. Search results may be retained in your account for up to 90 days.
If you wish to have your face removed from our index, use the "Exclude My Face" link in the footer or contact support.
We protect biometric data with encryption in transit and at rest, and restrict access to authorized systems only.
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
