All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are digital goods delivered and activated immediately upon purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or prorated credits are issued for cancellations.
If a scan fails due to a technical error on our side and no results are delivered, the credits for that scan are automatically restored to your account balance.
