By using NexID ("we", "us", "our") at nexid.id and related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old. The Services are not intended for minors.
NexID provides AI-powered photo verification and image analysis tools. Results are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use the results.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Paid features are offered through credits and subscriptions. Payments are processed by third-party providers and are subject to their terms. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. You may cancel subscriptions at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period with no refunds issued. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
All rights in the Services, including software, models, and designs, belong to NexID or its licensors.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
