We respect your right to privacy. If you want your facial data and associated information removed from NexID's search index, submit a verified opt-out request below.
How the opt-out process works
Verify your identity
Upload a clear photo of yourself with your finger touching your chin. This proves you are the person in the data and prevents unauthorized removal requests.
We match and remove
We use your verification photo to find all matching facial data in our index. All matching records, embeddings, and cached results are permanently deleted.
Confirmation
You receive email confirmation once the removal is complete. Your face will no longer appear in NexID search results going forward.

How do I remove my face from NexID?
Submit the opt-out form above with your email and a verification photo (finger touching chin). Once verified, we remove all matching facial data within 30 days.
Why do I need the finger-on-chin pose?
This prevents malicious opt-out requests. Without verification, anyone could request removal of another person's data. The specific pose proves you are the actual person and are making this request voluntarily.
Will my face appear in NexID searches after opting out?
No. After processing, your face is permanently removed from our search index and added to a suppression list. This prevents your facial data from being re-indexed in the future.
Does opting out remove my photos from the internet?
No. Opting out removes your data from NexID's search index only. We cannot remove photos from third-party websites. To remove photos from other sites, you need to contact those platforms directly or file DMCA takedown requests with their hosting providers.
What if I change my mind after opting out?
Contact our support team to request removal from the suppression list. After removal, your facial data may be re-indexed through normal crawling processes, but previously deleted data cannot be recovered.
